Our Six-Step Process Protecting your Investment

Site Meeting
We do an initial call to determine your objectives and if we both feel it is worth moving to the next stage, we will arrange a site visit and a structural survey. We meet at your site and find out precisely what are your bjectives, and given the site parameters, we can assess hether those objectives are likely to be feasible. Most mportant we ask you to get the past year’s half hourly data from your electricity provider and the maximum power used in that year.

Structural Survey and Calculations
Our engineering division will give you a separate quotation for doing a structural survey and calculations to prove the structural integrity of the building will not be compromised by the installation of the panels. This is a key safety step and cannot be set aside. The results of this survey may change the design of the panel installation. If there are any changes needed then the design is amended and a revised quote will be given. We will provide you with a roof drawing in case you wish to use another installer and the calculations showing the roof is safe or otherwise. Assuming the roof is safe we step forward.

Design and Quotation
(JCT Contract) We may do a series of designs to determine the optimum and produce a quotation and give you an idea of the likely output of the system and an approximate payback period. If the quotation is within your budget and is competitive we move to the next necessary step. The specification of the panels and inverters will be given at this point.

Project Planning
If our quotation is accepted, then we will devise a plan to ensure you and your stakeholders are minimally affected by the installation process.

Installation
A date will be arranged for the start of the installation and you will be given an expected duration to completion. Considerations will have been discussed at the original site meeting regarding the minimising any disturbance to your normal affairs. Generally, this is minimal.

Handover
This is an essential step so you know exactly what needs to be done should various events occur, it is detailed yet simple to understand.
